Product Application of Polyacrylonitrile CAS#25014-41-9

Polyacrylonitrile (CAS 25014-41-9) is used for the colorimetric determination of elements including phosphorus, magnesium, niobium, copper, silicon and arsenic. It is applied to the polarographic and volumetric analysis of iridium, and acts as a reducing agent for heteropolyacids, copper and gold. It can also detect phosphate, tungstate, nitrate, nitrite, selenium and tellurium, and serves as a developer, antioxidant and desulfurizer in fertilizer industry, as well as a urea synergist.
